When the cutest little girl(mashallah)💜tells me Zaheeda phopoe where is my cake 🙈 from your birthday….my heart melted I had to make some for her so I whipped up some cupcakes using my flop-proof chocolate cake recipe.
Chocolate ganache cupcakes filled with fresh cream and caramel!

- 4eggs separated
- 1cup castor sugar
- 1tsp vanilla essence
- 3/4cup oil
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1&1/2cup cake flour
- 3tsp baking powder
- 3tbs cocoa
1.Seperate eggs-Beat egg yolks,vanilla essence, sugar and oil until light and fluffy
2.Sift Flour,cocoa,baking powder add to the egg mixture
3.Add the boiling water bit by bit
4.Whip egg whites nice and stiff then fold in to the chocolate mixture.
5.Pour in Cup cake cases or making a round or square cake.
Whip up fresh cream add caramel and top with chocolate ganache
Melt 200g milk chocolate add to half tin dessert cream.
Bake at 180 deg until tester comes out clean.
